On October 7, Thai Sintokogio held a “Shot Blast Machine” training for 13 junior staff from the Production and Support Services teams. The session was led by three Mentors trained at Sinto Japan, together with Mr. Ishiguro,a specialist from Japan. Topics included work safety, basic machine operation, and motor circuit wiring with I/O inspection. Participants achieved an average score of 85%, showing their strong commitment to growth.
