On April 20–21, President Nagai visited Thailand to attend the Annual Shareholders’ Meetings of Thai Sintokogio and Siambrator. Despite a 2025 manufacturing slowdown across Asia and a nearly 20% drop in Thailand’s automotive production, Thai Sinto achieved a remarkable turnaround. Through sharp cost management and enhanced efficiency, the company grew revenue by 35%, surged operating profit by 84%, and expanded its operating profit margin from 8% to 11%—marking a resilient step toward recovery. For 2026, Thai Sinto is geared up to boost competitiveness through key initiatives: deploying new local products, cost optimization, new business expansion, and talent development. We believe adaptability and teamwork will drive our sustainable growth. Beyond the meetings, President Nagai enjoyed a warm, casual dinner with Japanese expats and both management teams. The next morning, he traveled over 400 km to Khon Kaen province to visit ASTEMO BREAK SYSEM (new FCMX molding system)and personally encouraged our on-site installation team.
