On May 17, Thai Sinto held an onsite practical skills test for 12 of our Service team members, focusing on the TI-SNBXII and MY-40 models. The challenge was intense: 10 hidden problem traps were set on the machines, and the technicians had just 20 minutes to resolve the issues and get the equipment to be able to running again. As this was our first practical test under strict time constraints, nerves ran high and many found the limit challenging. Nevertheless, it was a fantastic learning experience. The team achieved an average score of 83% on the TI-SNBXII and 55% on the MY-40, giving everyone a good start further development.
