2. The machine is designed for flexibility and compactness. By making the upper-die rotatable, foundation pit for the machine is no longer required. As a result, efficiency of core-setting, outputting, and die-cleaning is significantly increased. Pouring area is located on the opposite side of the operator; thus, it is easier and more convenient for a pouring robot to fill in molten metal.
3. Just only "one touch" at the control panel, the machine can report the current tilting condition during die change procedure. All troublesome mechanical adjustments once needed for die change is no longer necessary.
