CDRX shell core machine
Features LL series
features
The CDRX Shell Core Machine uses “under-aeration” sand filling technology in which the sand becomes easier to move by fluidity, improving filling in small areas and density of the sand to produce a better, stronger core.
Vertical parting shell core machine that achieves higher density using aeration technology
One fixed core box and one moving core box with tilt up for operator access
Existing core box can be used without special modifications
Cores are easily accessible and manually taken out of core box from the top of the machine
Hollow core making is possible
Compact operation panel for improved visibility and better operation
VERTICAL PARTING SHELL CORE MACHINE
Compact & simplified design.
Improved filling with aeration.
Easy core accessiblity.
