Omega has developed three models with outputs of 1, 5 and 10TPH (tonnes per hour), ideal for the needs of small and large steel foundries alike. 

 

  • Ferrite drum magnet for removal of magnetic contaminants and gangue chromite

  • High-intensity rare-earth magnet for chromite separation

  • Third stage fluid bed density separator to ensure maximum purity to >98%

  • Three sizes of plant: 1, 5 and 10 tonnes per hour (TPH)

Gamma Vator The Omega Sinto GammaVator is available in two models, 1 and 3TPH. The units have an integral shakeout deck, elevator, and optional fluidised discharge for fines removal.

Gamma ā€˜Low Levelā€™ Range Available in four models, Omega Sintoā€™s low-level range combines a floor mounted shakeout with attrition unit, allowing installation without the need for deep foundations or pits.
