Touch panel with memory function

For better performance, Ti-SHB-II-AL is equipped with touch panel with 10-pattern blasting memory function, error history logs, and parts usage hours memory. 

Fire and explosion prevention

Ti-SHB-II-AL is installed with fire and explosion prevention functions i.e. calcium carbonate feeder and explosion outlet as countermeasure.

Compact size

Only less than 2300(W)x1900(L) is a space needed to install Ti-SHB-II-AL.

No damage at product surface 

Ti-SHB-II-AL is designed for blasting items that cannot be treated with tumbling application causing damage on product surface. Cabinet is designed to be 2-station thus operator can load products for next cycle while blasting is in process.

LED lighting

While running, GREEN LED lighting will illuminate so operator can easily see from afar and when the light is off it means the machine is ready for next cycle start.
